Tour of Missouri impact: $38.1 million Marci Bennett, executive director of the St. Joseph Convention and Visitors Bureau, has been picked to serve as the new chairwoman of the Missouri Tourism Commission. She replaces Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, who announced plans earlier this fall to step down as chairman but remain on the commission.
